What to expect
A medical provider reviews your health history first. Your RN then comes to you, places the IV and stays with you for the whole infusion. NAD+ is generally given slowly; some people notice warmth, flushing or chest tightness if it runs too fast, and your nurse can adjust the rate. The tiers differ by dose: Silver has 200mg, Gold 300mg and Diamond 500mg of NAD+, each with saline and B-complex (Diamond adds a glutathione push). Your provider can help you choose. The Fountain IV ($299) pairs 250mg NAD+ with B-12, vitamin C and a glutathione push.
How long does an NAD+ IV take?
NAD+ is usually infused more slowly than a standard vitamin drip, so plan for a longer session. Session length varies by tier — ask when you book. (The Fountain IV, with 250mg NAD+, takes about 2.5 hours.)
